Starting 24 February 2026, all public TLS/SSL certificates issued via DigiCert CertCentral will have a maximum validity of 199 days, reduced from 397 days. This includes EU QWAC and QWAC PSD2 certificates and is part of an industry-wide CA/Browser Forum requirement to enhance security. Organizations are encouraged to review their certificate lifecycle and renewal processes early to avoid disruption.
